Pillar 2: Community & Employee Well-Being

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Our values of Integrity and People & Teamwork are rooted in working together and ensuring everyone is treated with fairness and respect, while belonging and inclusion are key components to delivering on our employees’ experience. Our focus is on creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and encouraged to contribute fully. Throughout the year, employees have access to Diversity & Inclusion training as well as events that celebrate the many backgrounds of the employees who work in our business.

Community Engagement

We are proud of the long-established history of supporting our employees and the communities where we live and work, through charitable donations, sponsorships, and employee volunteers. While we support a wide range of organizations, we have a focus around supporting education, sports, community infrastructure and wellness initiatives; and make a conscious effort to shift our support annually to assist as many organizations as possible.

Safety

Safety is a core company value. This includes ensuring the effectiveness of our health and safety management system, leveraging technology and analytics to set strategy, taking care of our people, and using leading indicators to ensure we have set the right path. The right path is a risk-based approach to managing health and safety. We prioritize our actions based on severity and working to reduce risk in our operations.
